Booking & confirmation: By submitting a booking you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation by e-mail (with a PNR number). All prices are fixed prices per vehicle in euros.
Payment: No prepayment — payment is made in cash in the vehicle, in the currency chosen at booking (EUR, USD, GBP or RUB).
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the agreed pickup time, by e-mail or WhatsApp. For later cancellations or no-shows we reserve the right to charge the full fare. In case of flight delays your driver waits at no extra cost — no cancellation is required because of a delay.
Carriage: Child seats are free of charge and must be requested at booking. Transport is carried out with licensed vehicles and full insurance cover.
The data you provide when booking (name, contact details, travel details) is used exclusively to operate your transfer. It is not passed on to third parties. This website does not use tracking cookies. Fonts are served locally from our own server — no connection is made to Google Fonts or other third-party providers. When you use the customer account, one technically necessary session cookie is set (login status); it is deleted when you sign out or the session ends. Booking data is stored for the performance of the contract and is not shared with third parties.
